Due to the nature of our products, there are no returns on orders unless defective, we can accept returns/refunds/exchanges under the following conditions:

  1. Products are damaged/broken/soiled during the transportation.
  2. Products received in incorrect size/color as on your order.

    2. Send the products back to us with all original tags and gifts(if any), and our customer service team will let you know the address via email. NOTE all return/refund/exchange requests must be authorized by our customer service team before sending back to us. NOTE customers need to cover the shipping fee to return the product to us, but if it's our fault, then we will cover the shipping fee.
    3. Send us the tracking URL, so we can monitor the package.
    4. Our customer service team will back to you when we receive the package.
